Capgemini is a reputed company. As per my experience, I can say confidently, work environment is amazing. People really feel proud working in this organization. There is lots of learning opportunities because of several platforms. If you have firm desire to learn, you can learn anything due to company freedom and learning platforms.

The salary package is way below the market slab. Annual increment is also not that good i.e. hardly 2-5%.

Work life balance is really good... If you get a chance to work in the development n the implementation projects you'll find really helpful teammates but on the other side in the support project you might face some issues.

Promotions, appraisal are way to far away from CG. Learning new tech and acquiring new skills are not present in the work culture of CG

No appraisal for more than 2 years and addition to that appraisal process is pathetic.

They dont care about Work life balance .. in some projects u will need to work for more than 10 hrs daily.. Sometimes they missed to communicate important notifications with me like - Furlough leave, When i asked they told me about the furloughs. Also salary hikes are low.. For small Duration u can join like 1.5 years later u can switch.

Internal project switching is nit convenient. It's very hard to find project while in bench. Less visibility within a organization. Staffing partners doesn't find the role matching your skill sets.
