Technically growth has slow down in Capg from last 1 year. No appraisals or promotions even after giving best.

It's aa good workplace and I like the project as a fresher I learnt lot of things in the Capgemini which are helpful for me in future

Just one thing as a location which we work but as per the client they ask us to shift it's not company one but it will be good if we get nearest office form our place as a base location

Working in Capgemini was really a good experience. The best part which I liked about Capgemini is I was the architect of my own career. Project Assignment was very quick for me. In my entire close to 4 years tenure in Capgemini I was never on bench. I had an excellent bonding with the client.

Dislikes

Appraisal and benefits Reward were less Even after upgrading my skills, I was never interviewed for any other projects.

There is nothing to like about working at Capgemini, It was a nightmare for me.

Dislikes

Managers try to put in a spot, blaming you for something which you haven't done. They'll throw people out very easily. I have wasted 1 year just to get onboarding email from capgemini and later when I received, after my training, there were no projects and they wantedly conducted some exams, interviews and when we gave our 100%, gave all false feedback. I can never suggest Capgemini to anyone.

Salary paid on time which is very important for any employee to continue to work with company and also the Training part which is also very all employees to learn as much as they can.

There is not promotion for some employees if they are exceeded 4-5 years or more which is not good culture for any company.

Work life balance. On time salary. Good client but depends on project. Good job security even project is rolled off, they will allocate new project. They will give more interviews while in bench.

Every year project get rolled off. There is no long time project. Worst management even you resigned no one will contact. Buyout option available here, but they will not get, have to stay all 90 days notice period.

The EPIP campus is well maintained and we have lots of stall for lunch, that's the good point. And we have good seating arrangements there.

No proper hike or promotion. Appraisals are very low even after promotion and In my project I have still not received any benifits like outing, dinner etc....
