Sometimes, the structure and scale of the organization can make career progression and recognition a bit slower than expected. Even they don’t pay the complete variable pay…… No-one knows exactly who decides the ratings n all ….and you won’t get any support from HR or delivery heads when you raise concerns over pay cuts or no appraisal…..Please don’t join if you have other offers in hand ….
