It depends upon your luck in which dept you are placed. I was a part of the APAC group which handles Asia Pacific so most of the client are local. I was based on the client location for almost 3 years . No change of project. So did not get to work on different things hence no personal growth. At the same time I saw my fellow colleagues work on multiple projects Another bad part is there is no proper hierarchy in APAC . Like there has to be one senior above one junior to whom he can fall upon is case of any doubt. You solely have to handle if there is no one in the team and it becomes worst when the mgmt give u multiple project to work on. As a fresher it was very difficult for me.
