Capgemini was my first company. It turned my life upside down. They forced me to resign because I was unable to relocate due to personal reasons. I requested their help and told them my story, but they still didn't care. I don't deserve to be resigned. I worked hard and honestly there and still had to face this. In 1.9 years, I did not get a single project to work on in Hyderabad, even though I had the skills. My only request is, please don't do this to freshers. It is a career starting point where it is very difficult to manage outside after coming out like this....Read More
