Likes

Management is good. Job security is also great. They don’t lay off people that much. When it comes to my scenario, what I love the most is my team. My team is one of the best as it has an awesome manager and a very knowledgeable Team Lead. Apart from that all other members are really helpful.

Dislikes

Very few perks and benefits. Pay scale lower as compared to other tech giants.

Work Details

Work life is really good. All the seniors are really helpful and even the managers are really good.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
