What i like the most is that, there's what i call massive collaboration amongst the workers. Team work spirit. On the technical aspect.

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high. And production is also very high. But, compensation is very low and discouraging. They also need to recruits competent technicians, engineers.

Work Details

I was an NDT inspector level 2. My role/duty was to ensure that, all the wheels, bogies, axes and other jobs the requires inspection.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
