Everything, I suggest not to land in this organisation else you will regret for wasting valuable time of your life and degraded yourself, the biggest mistake if I have done in my life is to join this organisation. No worklife balance, no culture, no professionalism, no employee empowerment, no motivation for healthy work life, the only thing they can do is use people like a machine and impeach, accuse people with negativity. Entire place is full of negativity and worse politics, such a creepy environment, thank God I got release from such a hell. This is a domestic call centre running with a minimum revenue and cheap culture, so you can't imagine the things what's happening inside once you don't enter, I have a terrific experience with this hell and now I am so happy to leave the place....Read More

Scam Airtel dth sale karte, itna jyada paisa lete hai aur channels aache nhi dete bolte hai alag dth se aache hai lekin thora v signal nhi aata. In my tenure 3 process closed up as the managemet not able to maintain their needs. only one process is going on and from 60 to it become 30 and still getting lowe, salary is ery very less only 13k. the company says even the employee completed 1 year only 250-500 rs incerment or else the employee can go and 90 days of FnF, the pf also not exit even after 8-9 month after leaving the company

If your resigning the company they will not give the experience letter and they will hold salary. The team leadere are too bad, they will deduct the amount for headset and access card but they will not give if we asks also they will not respond
