Specially Read if you are looking at an opportunity as Team Lead or above. Salary Delays, No Proper Leave Schedule, No Sick Leaves, Worst Cab Service, Somehow the management tries to steal your incentives usually using stunts like putting you to PIP or metal harassment. The owners wife is extremely egoistic and has paramount superiority complex and they have the HR Director who is herself a narrow minded and egoistic person. If you are a bootlicker and can agree to all the stupidity, yes then its a good place to work otherwise you will fell suffocated....Read More
