Worst company ever, they kicked me out immediately without one month prior notice. I was do loyal with my work but here is no job security they terminated 100s of my colleagues and friends and hired some other people in a lower package. Since then I'm suffering because of covid pandemic I'm unable to find job somewhere else. Everyone every manager is a biggest liar and manipulator here. Dirty politics. I do not like anything apart from the location. They force you to resign yourself telling you that if we terminate you feedback will be negative so it's better you resign yourself. MATTSEN KUMAR is good company,job security is not good but work culture and management is excellent and also company policies is good for employees to work there.

Salary package was not good to satisfy an employee needs.so this is the main reason for disliking this.workload is much greater than salary package.Incentives is not giving properly to the employees
