Job Description

General Description
As a Business HR Executive with BillGosling, youll be responsible for the complete lifecycle of an employee starting from employee orientation, connect, engagement to employee retention for the organization as per agreed upon SLAs.


Key responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Work closely with business and functional leaders to understand key business issues and priorities in the organization and their impact on people.
  • Ensure deployment of agreed business solutions / HR policies and processes, and establish appropriate tracking and review mechanism to ensure consistency in practice across locations.
  • Taking care of end to end Employee Engagement activities (SKIPS, IJP'S, Fun Activities, RnR).
  • Employee welcome and farewell arrangements.
  • Work closely with payroll and finance for error free and timely processing of compensation and benefits related inputs, provisions and other monthly requirements.

Job Description [Mandate]

  • New joiner onboarding, employee orientation, employee retention and exit interview
  • End to end Employee Engagement activities such as Fun Fridays, RnR, Skip session with employees, 1:1 session, coaching and corrective action plans for defaulter
  • Diagnose problem areas, conduct self-guided research and come up with solutions.
  • Pleasing personality, advises, trains employees/supervisors in best employee relations practices and strategies for managing supervisor problems and employee grievances. Develops further training as needed
  • Ensure deployment of agreed business solutions / HR policies and processes, and establish
  • Work with 3rd party Background Verification vendors and ensure timely closure of all BGVs of employees.

Mandatory Profile Requirements (Competencies & Skills)

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Understanding of dispute and negotiation techniques
  • Ability to remain tactful, calm, and persuasive in controversial and/or confrontational situations.

Desired Profile Requirements [Good to have]

  • Graduation in any field with at least 6-12 months experience in similar role OR MBA graduate (Regular) with internship (Exe-Sr. Exe Role)
