Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

Operational Efficiency:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and areas of improvement, implementing solutions that enhance overall operational performance.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze operational performance metrics and provide reports to senior management, highlighting trends and areas of concern.
• Track and report on KPIs, including order fulfillment rates, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction.
• Use data-driven insights to propose process improvements and operational changes.

Compliance and Quality Control:

• Ensure that all operational processes adhere to company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to guarantee product quality and operational accuracy.
• Lead audits of inventory, logistics, and other operational processes to ensure compliance.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations within the fashion or e-commerce industry.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams in an operational setting, Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Fashion Diploma.
