Job Description

Managing new hire training batches and training deliverables
Achieving training throughput targets for the assigned processes
Creating engaging learning experiences to achieve desired learning outcomes
Collating feedback on completed training to evaluate results and make necessary improvements
Reviewing trainers and providing constructive feedback
Developing a schedule to assess training needs regularly
Consulting and collaborating with other trainers, managers, and leadership
Tracking and compiling training data
Conceptualizing and contributing to creating training materials
Communicate training needs and conduct refresher training based on Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Business Quality Matrix (BQM)
Creating training strategies, initiatives, and materials
Testing and reviewing created materials
Maintaining a database of all training materials
Providing ideas to stakeholders based on observations to improve training processes
Managing the Process Knowledge Test (PKT) of the process

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Minimum one year of documented experience as a team leader in a training team
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in team management
The ability to articulate complex topics with ease
Strong analytical skills and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) knowledge
Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
