I joined in company as a fresher and the people really supported me . We had lot of fun and work equally . There is no such work pressure and there is good work life balance . If you are a fresher and start your career as a recruiter go for it. 2023 batch 👍😉

It is a consultancy, and from the day one they will ask you to give them joinings and after a week, they will start pressurize you to give them joinings else leave the company. There were lot of favor were exchanging for personal reasons. After all this I gave them 3 joinings in a month and they said we don't have any requirementsleft you may leave the company. 1. There is no management in the company and even cases of physical harrasment is kept hidden if told so by saying who will trust you over us. 2. There is no proper code of conduct. 3. Recently they started exploiting employees with the overtime without extra payment... Even the incentives were not given 4.
