No job security, no professional ethics like Bhavynash HR will call 10-20 time in a day like girlfriend for a small things. salary credited 10-16 date of month. Suddenly they told me last working only 2 days before. Have to work 10-16 hours in a day, really no professional culture. And no leave encashment.
