Being a female employee, the most important thing is safety. And working here I have learned that it is one of safest working environment place in Kolhapur. Further, my operation head and business head are also female employee which gives a comfortable environment to work here. This company is like a boon to me in terms of work life balance and security.

Dislikes

It is not a dislike but a helpful suggestion that there should be company cab services in the organization.

1. Technical-Head was not even 1% technically literate, used to do things which can satisfy their ego! 2. Design decisions were taken by people who don't even know the difference between serif and san serif. They used to make changes just to prove that they had everything in control! 3. Worked there for 6 months, but the owner didn't even try to have a conversation with me!

The management here is a total joke, especially the Business Head. Completely useless, rude, and clueless. Employees get treated like garbage, and no one in charge cares at all. The owner couldn’t care less about his employees and just lets this disaster continue. It’s pathetic.which has created a toxic and demotivating work environment.
