If u have become favourite of your zonal head than its like a Paradise for you. You don't need to be professional or hard working. You can enjoy your heaven.

Dislikes

There is no corporate culture. Its like a proprietary firm. Where one senior person your cluster head eg people like Mr Hiren Shah in that company controls everything. There is no value for your hard work or performance. You are not appraised on basis of it. But you are apprised on basis of your favourites and relationship with yourzonal head. Secondly no proper bank system to work. Also making us work on bank holidays and sometimes even on Sundays....Read More
