...ing in ROMG. They just checking MIS and reporting and passing 1 to 2 years hear. They are coming only for salary hike. PLP and KPI different program not useful. Need one program for incentive purpose.

...s, doesnt care what your issues are all they need are a set of "Bonded Labours". I went for a salary hike was the worst decision of life...still wanna join go ahead share your true views... Since banking is a small industry to work you never know when can you find the same reporting officer some where else, this is the same reason people won't go to labour court or does not speak freely since I have left the industry this is the much about 90% review of the AU Bank.

Being a small finance bank, it gives prompt response to customer since daily walk in to the main branch in Bangalore is 3-4 customers (at the max)

...have any say before sales department. They ask to come to work even on holidays. Line Manager has all the power to hold fixed salary. He may choose to hold upon achieving monthly targets. Over all, not at all recommended for work.

This bank is just harassing their employees in name of work they forced their employees to work on just holidays also on Festivals.Late sitting at offices are common.Hr is just stands for only their positions.No healthy work environment and other extra curriculum activities for employees. Seniors are treating the subordinates like their slave. People who are wanted to work for this bank first thing you need to check the bank don't want to give you your personal life.
