I was working @korba, chhattisgarh, senior staff is arrogant, non professional and due to his behavior already 11 employees of that branch have resigned/switched, HR is suppose to act over employee issues but acts as a puppet to senior staff. Join AU at your own risk as the reputation of the bank regarding employee stability says for itself. Never heard of Word "Training", no job security, last appraisal heard from a sub ordinate employee was 2%, full of politicians as if a complete political party is running C.G cluster, full of scoldings, senior staff starts statement with abusing words and halts with aggressively abusive words, doesnt care what your issues are all they need are a set of "Bonded Labours". I went for a salary hike was the worst decision of life...still wanna join go ahead share your true views... Since banking is a small industry to work you never know when can you find the same reporting officer some where else, this is the same reason people won't go to labour court or does not speak freely since I have left the industry this is the much about 90% review of the AU Bank....Read More

AU bank have clear vission and bank lounched good product. AU Bank has good product. We can interact with senior management easily. We can highlight easily with our performance

I saw in 3.5 years. Only aquisition channel is working and performing. RO RM and prortfolio channel is enjoying in ROMG. They just checking MIS and reporting and passing 1 to 2 years hear. They are coming only for salary hike. PLP and KPI different program not useful. Need one program for incentive purpose.
