AU bank have clear vission and bank lounched good product. AU Bank has good product. We can interact with senior management easily. We can highlight easily with our performance

Dislikes

I saw in 3.5 years. Only aquisition channel is working and performing. RO RM and prortfolio channel is enjoying in ROMG. They just checking MIS and reporting and passing 1 to 2 years hear. They are coming only for salary hike. PLP and KPI different program not useful. Need one program for incentive purpose.
