AU Small Finance Bank Provides good job stability & provides good work culture.

Dislikes

Not having proper work life balance, we have to work on fourth Saturday, Sunday & will not get any Comp. offs. Also Company pays less compensation as compared to market & work pressure which we handle. I think there is huge biases in giving salary & grades.
