From learning perspective ATOS provides re-imbursement on any certifications. Lots of internal trainings are also going on all the time. so anyone with desire to learn would not get any hurdle. In addition to that ATOS is work from home friendly company even before pandemic and that has helped employees a lot in many perspectives.

Dislikes

I could see no con so far even after spending 5.5 years

Work Details

Work policy: All depends on your ability. If management has trust on you , you may get long term work from home

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
