Currently i Am trainee Engineer In Atos wintel tower i have to look across servers of Various clients across the globe and provide the solutions related to any windows issue if they try to access the server and look for healthy state of server always.

Hikes, Management. Like they have quota thing you need to give at least 2 rating to any of your resource else that will impact to your rating. Point is what if there is no mistake been committed, Tho as and management guy you need to ready for either face higher management to deny on that part or do some random draw and lucky one will get PIP( 2 ratings)
