Safety - There seems to be a lack of awareness regarding the safety regulations for hardware engineers, which could be improved. Human Resource Development - Training opportunities are limited, requiring employees to self-learn in a short period of time. Additionally, employees may be assigned tasks outside their usual scope withoutproper communication. There is also a noticeable mismatch between the skills/goals of the employees and the company's objectives. Communication - Much of the verbal communication is not conducted in English, which can be challenging for some employees.
