Flexibility - The company offers great flexibility in terms of work style, work role, and timings, allowing employees to find a balance that suit their personal and professional needs. Energetic Atmosphere - With most of the team members in their twenties, the workplace is filled with positivity and energy, creating a vibrant and dynamic work environment.

Dislikes

Safety - There seems to be a lack of awareness regarding the safety regulations for hardware engineers, which could be improved. Human Resource Development - Training opportunities are limited, requiring employees to self-learn in a short period of time. Additionally, employees may be assigned tasks outside their usual scope without proper communication. There is also a noticeable mismatch between the skills/goals of the employees and the company's objectives. Communication - Much of the verbal communication is not conducted in English, which can be challenging for some employees. Company policies are also not always clearly communicated, leading to potential misunderstandings.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
