Oh, where do I even begin? Working here as a social media intern was an absolute dream- if, of course your dream involves diving headfirst into a tornado of chaos and confusion. Let's Start with the star of the show the founder, Sanket It's as if he earned a PhD in "How to Mismanage Communication" with honor's, guidance? Non-existent Training? Absolutely not. Mentorship? LOL, you wish. If you're fresh out of college, don't even think about expecting help-you better have mastered "Youtube University" because that's where your learning begins and ends. Decision- Making here is like playing darts Blindfolded. They'll change their minds so many times, you'd think you're brainstorming with toddlers. And when things inevitably fall apart? Guess who's getting the blame? Yep, it's YOU. Because "clarity" and "consistency" apparently don't exist in their vocabulary. Would I recommend this place? Sure, if your goal is to become an expert in stress management and workplace gymnastics. Success, however? That's not part of the package....Read More

Likes

The work environment is very relaxed and not crazy stressful, so I actually enjoy what I am doing. Both Sir are very approachable and patient with me. This internship at archstore is allowing me to get hands on experience and learning new skills that valuable for my career.

The environment is really good and ethical . Learning lot of new things and enhancing my skills which will be beneficial for me in future. Both sir are quite active during approvals of the work and also guides you out when you are finding the task difficult to manage.

The company has lot of strengths but has a potential for improvement in some internal areas but overall its a good experience to gain for an internship.
