Super nice- Until you realize you're stuck in a never-ending loop of confusion because the co-founder, Sanket, is completely clueless about how to communicate with people. It's almost as if he went to a "How to Lose Employees 101" class and passed with flying colors. Now, if you're considering joining as a social media intern or manager, buckle up, because you're about to enter hell. You'll get zero guidance, and if you're a fresh graduate, you better have mastered the art of self-education. Forget training or mentorship-- you're basically left to figure it out yourself by binge-watching YouTube tutorials. It's not even about learning; it's about surviving. And don't even get me started on decision-making, they will change their mind a hundred times and when things go sideways(which, spoiler alert, they will), guess who's the first to get blamed? YOU. Because apparently, the idea of clarity and consistency doesn't exist in their vocabulary. But hey, the rest of the team? They're nice... if you can manage to get through the daily rollercoaster ride that is Sanket leadership. So, good luck!
