Oh, where do I even begin? Working here as a social media intern was an absolute dream- if, of course your dream involves diving headfirst into a tornado of chaos and confusion. Let's Start with the star of the show the founder, Sanket It's as if he earned a PhD in "How to Mismanage Communication" with honor's, guidance? Non-existent Training? Absolutely not. Mentorship? LOL, you wish. If you're fresh out of college, don't even think about expecting help-you better have mastered "Youtube University" because that's where your learning begins and ends. Decision- Making here is like playing darts Blindfolded. They'll change their minds so many times, you'd think you're brainstorming with toddlers. And when things inevitably fall apart? Guess who's getting the blame? Yep, it's YOU. Because "clarity" and "consistency" apparently don't exist in their vocabulary. Would I recommend this place?
