Only Indian employees are working hard day and night Even in month end entire week analyst are working 16-18 hours per day. But, in other hand US employees are enjoying party attending different sports events even in month end weeks.

No benifits..you always have to extend your log out timings.. you cannot logout at sharp timings.. always extend for 2/3hrs.. No bonus.. they say's every 3 mnths you will get bonus.. but i have been working here for 1 year.. i haven't got bonus till now.. no appreciation.. whatever you give 100 percent towards your work.. they are not satisfied..
