QA supervisor John Andrew! Worst QA TM who has to learn a lot of leadership qualities and has no idea what he is doing in this role and 99% dependent on his QAs. The only reason for me to quit Alorica was John Andrew! Somebody has to give him a feedback.

The leaders and supervisor at country level are very good and supportive. During this Pandemic the company has been very considerate and helpful.

Work and personal life balance may get hampered sometimes not always.

I joined during the lockdown and since then I have been working from home. Its been a good learning curve, enjoying work but sometimes due to distance there is a communication gap which is manageable.
