Here no respect for employees, work culture is very poor. Poor behaviour from the head.

Dislikes

From 2016 to 2020 mid it is really good to work in Agileone after 2020 they changed country manager after the company changed to horrible. Because of the administration.

Nothing - no iob security and very bad management

Dislikes

No incentive for offshore recruiters. Managers are very selfish and non cooperative

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
