TCS only has brand name.Inside TCS nothing is good. A lot of favouritism and politics however it’s everywhere but not like TCS it’s next level. Even not proper Management nobody is there to help you.

Work life balance is good with positive work culture. Benefits and allowance are good.

Reward & recognition are comparatively on the lower side, may be subject to a project based. Band promotion after a certain level is very rare.

They do not fire people who is not working and sitting on desk for years but they denied to pay the quarterly bonus and increment to people who is doing hard work. What a joke but it's true

Hiring people hide the work profile and align the non domain work. If you ask for release they are denying as per policy. Fake people Fake environment.

10 Hrs.- Working Hrs.compulsory.Eventhough employee who newly get appointment,not having tasks initially still that employee has to seat total hrs .Work pressure damages the employee 's health and employee can't be more productive if he always cries for long time work hrs.

A lot of harrasment in work environment. HR is least bothered about employee satisfaction. Food quality, even drinking water is not available. Everything is bad here. Too much politics in management. Management just tortures the associates. They don't use resources according to their skill sets

Worst salary giver across industry No hybrid work culture Politics in too much visible and they all do it infront of you. Because they know Senior Management will support them. No growth with same project. Management have their favorite kids, they want them only to grow. It doesn't matter how much u work hard you will never get your dues.

Manager shouts at you and humiliates you in front of others. They load you with too much work which takes 12 hrs of working in the weekdays and also in weekends. There is favoritism so you will have to also take up the work of people who do not work and happily butter manager for a living. It is a very toxic workplace. They keep 5 lpa as your variable pay and hardly pay 20 percent of that so your ctc is reduced by 4lpa straightway. Hike is 1 - 2 percent annually. They do not maintain any hygiene in the canteens and there are flies and cats and dogs roaming around. Bathrooms are dirty and so is the drinking water. There's nothing good about this organisation. People are pathetic, and neither want to work nor learn about new technology. TCS is 5-7 years behind it's competition when it comes to its offering. People who has never changed in their life are running the show and think they are the successor of Late Sh. Ratan Tata. People who have moved to overseas treat others badly, you'll be surprised people belittling others over Teams call.. Senior director level individuals will tell you over the Teams call that they don't need your past experience. HR in this organisation is simply useless, and doesn't pay heed to your grievance. If your experience is between 8 to 10 years and you've zeal to work like donkeys and don't want to learn anything new then this organisation is for you.. Also, if you think you'll be travelled to overseas for projects then rethink your decision since only few individuals travel who are good in licking.. Last, don't join their Sales Organisation it's full of idiots.. they'll bid to every single deal knowing they cannot win.. just because they got many individuals in their sales team....Read More

Medical insurance which will cover for indiviual and family floater upto 12L which is highest when compared to other MNC's.

Worst work culture and corporate politices. You will never get a salary hike. hike will be worsest around industry like 1%, 2%. If you are above 40 nothing else to do in else, no need to career growth or hike, you can just work as timepass!!!
