There is Nothing to like here.

Manager shouts at you and humiliates you in front of others. They load you with too much work which takes 12 hrs of working in the weekdays and also in weekends. There is favoritism so you will have to also take up the work of people who do not work and happily butter manager for a living. It is a very toxic workplace. They keep 5 lpa as your variable pay and hardly pay 20 percent of that so your ctc is reduced by 4lpa straightway. Hike is 1 - 2 percent annually. They do not maintain any hygiene in the canteens and there are flies and cats and dogs roaming around. Bathrooms are dirty and so is the drinking water. there is no value for the employee, all RMG are showing bossism. they dont give value for the employee carrier they just want their billing . I found there is no carrier growth technically because they will allocate the project which are irrelevant to our core skills they is no hikes , i don't see any hike for my salary for last 4 years and nowadays they are not paying variable pay RMG is not allow to tag to right projects where we get onsite opportunities...Read More

There's nothing good about this organisation. People are pathetic, and neither want to work nor learn about new technology. TCS is 5-7 years behind it's competition when it comes to its offering. People who has never changed in their life are running the show and think they are the successor of Late Sh. Ratan Tata. People who have moved to overseas treat others badly, you'll be surprised people belittling others over Teams call.. Senior director level individuals will tell you over the Teams call that they don't need your past experience. HR in this organisation is simply useless, and doesn't pay heed to your grievance. If your experience is between 8 to 10 years and you've zeal to work like donkeys and don't want to learn anything new then this organisation is for you.. Also, if you think you'll be travelled to overseas for projects then rethink your decision since only few individuals travel who are good in licking.. Last, don't join their Sales Organisation it's full of idiots.. they'll bid to every single deal knowing they cannot win.. just because they got many individuals in their sales team....Read More

Compensation is not par with industry standards. Yearly increments are less. Variable pay assigned as per company performance is significantly very low

Medical insurance which will cover for indiviual and family floater upto 12L which is highest when compared to other MNC's.

Dislikes

Worst work culture and corporate politices. You will never get a salary hike. hike will be worsest around industry like 1%, 2%. If you are above 40 nothing else to do in else, no need to career growth or hike, you can just work as timepass!!!
