The management is very toxic and poor. They will literally harass you to a point that you resign. There is politics more than parliament of India. There is politics and discussion going on for where an employee will sit in the office. The manager divakar patel is no good for any employee. He will never support you for anything. The overall work environment is highly toxic. The sad part is, the actual management and HR team is not present in Bhopal but in Noida and they have no idea what is actually going on behind their backs in Bhopal.
