*Work timing is very high, 10 hours working time plus about two hours of transportation * not getting time for extra activities like games or fun activities * not good incentives or salary hike like no money if don't want cab service, no money for night shift * more work and less salary

Employee's concerns are brushed under the carpet. Project managers are unaware of team leads' incompetency. Team leads more concerned about their image than fixing problems that would improve productivity and morale Team members are randomly targeted by team leads, managers who act like the mafia
