As a fresher everyone wants to work in accenture but what I got to know from the freshers of accenture the (POC) point of contact are the worst people you could ever see and it's just like school. At least for 2023 batch people who are working full time from office.

Dislikes

The First month is the worst thing, in pune accenture is having 2 locations they will give u accommodation in hinjewadi and ask you to come magarpatta or vise versa. They wont listen to your requests or change the location even if your family member is dead you have to behave according to them. Come in formal and attend the office like school. Don't provide transportation, won't give any reimbursement....Read More

Dislikes

They hold back a lot when it comes to giving appraisals and promotions. They also sometimes keep you from working on technologies that you have been trained in initially.
