Organized , healthy workculture,plenty of opportunities to showcase your talents,learning process is great,lot of parties outings nd events do happen,quick action on escalations,people dont take work forgranted,hierarchy is not for namesake ...ppl do hv powers as per their level.

No time flexibility! Rarely you get work from home.low package and less hike!

It was good experience working with Accenture, learned a lot of things professionally, personally during my tenure in this organisation.

Dislikes

No as such, but from last two years there are less hikes and promotions opportunities, and think this is the main reason for needy people’s to switch the organisation.

Work from home option is there in few projects which is great.

Dislikes

Promotion and hikes are based on buttering skills, favoritism and not on the hard work. Hardworking employees often end up with more tasks, while others work for few hours a day. Some projects require long hours like 12+ hours with very short break of 10 mins for lunch. There's noticeable leadership politics, team leaders and managers struggle to effectively manage teams. If an employee has been there for close to 4 years please allow him/her to change project of skill of his/her choice don't pressurise someone to work life long in internal framework team that's not healthy for skill and career development for any employee, no hr support, no salary appraisal working on 40 k even after 3 years 9 months
