They provide cabs more than 50 kilometre radius and they multiple numbers of projects so your job is secured.

Dislikes

They don't give much salary to internal people who are working with company from long time and doing well for company in comparison to new joiners. They give much higher salaryb to the new joiners at the same level.This is something very demotivating thing for old employees they have helped to grow the organisation.

I am not seeing any good thing regarding learning point of view, work point of view. Yeah good thing you will get so many event mail like secret santa, fun friday but you can't participate if you don't have good relation with manager. You will be enjoying Accenture if you have good relation with your manager. They are not entertain other state people, means if you are from other state people except south india then they will be trouble, no1 support you, no1 will bother what you are doing atlast they will not give you anything and they will give you the different reason. Everything is dislike. If you are not from south indian then you will be trouble. I am requesting to Accenture if you don't like other state people then don't hire other state people and don't spoil other sate resources career. You are giving money that means you can't do anything with your employee.

You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.

Not all projects are that much bad, some project have good work life balance

Very poor work life balance In some project , have to work almost 12/13 hours a day and some time weekends as well. No management very poor management
