Job is secure. You’ll have mental peace. However, it may always vary project to project. My project had few terrible people which is possible everywhere. The company policies will always protect you from being harassed.

Dislikes

Salary increment was disappointing. 10 hours shift is a little more than normal.

Horrible experience. Nothing is standardized especially when you are part of a new business. No work life balance. Forget about new learnings. All they care about is work, work and work. Terrible management.

Managemnt is very poor . Manager named Amaresh Mishra is just pathetic in his actions. I left that project because of him. No respect for any individual .
