Awesome company but handled by poor management. Your manager will be 14 to 15 years in the organisation who is at that postion only because he has given so many years to the organisation not becusse he is deserving. Bonuses and promotion will be totally based on the favorism

They are not giving a chance to earn more money like incentive and Overtime limit is also 50 hours quaterly, Also they do not have process parties
