It's MNC. WFH 3 days per week, Average work life balance. good learning portals with training materials.

Dislikes

No job security, HR have zero powers. They are just puppets of Sr. Manager /Delivery leads. Promotions, increments are pathetic. They also typically believe that 9 ladies together can deliver a baby in 1 month. They can ruin your career in name of PIP and insane expectations during PIP program. They portray PIP program that it's to help you to improve but actually it's designed just to fire you. Heavy partiality in promotions. If you have even single issue from client, you are gone. Layoffs based on personal agenda. Some accounts leadership is questionable. Promotions on visibility with leaders not on your merit.

The while experience of working with Accenture is very frustrating.

Dislikes

Accenture is not a place where a person's career can progress. There is no work life balance. Long working hours at the client side with zero acknowledgement and appreciation. The salary which they promise is very often not received. There has been no hikes and very less bonus since last 2 years. If a person has other offers then Accenture is not a place to join.

1.CLOUD FIRST DU (Delivery Unit) - which is for SAP BASIS Skilled people is one of the DU / capability units to be AVOIDED at all Costs. They have their own Unofficial rules / policies for vertical growth / promotions and is completely filled with Poor Leadership at the top who give Preferential / biased Appraisals to their own candidates. 2.Appraisal Process / Talent Discussions itself is Completely OPAQUE with absolute secrecy and ZERO accountability & visibility to any employee. 3.Cloud First DU gets a budget for appraisals / promotions - which is designed such that an employee who has worked hard in one project has No Guarantee that he/she will get the due rewards / compensation as entire Profits of the Cloud DU from multiple projects go to a Pool and then Rewards are given Based on Leadership's own preferred candidates than those who have worked hard or deserve it truly. STAY AWAY / AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Cloud First DU / SAP Basis/Cloud Capability. 4. WOMEN Reservation Quota - Accenture Has Women Reservation Quota (of course Unofficially, not mentioned in any of Accenture's 100s of policies), whereby Women employees get undue & most times undeserved benefits and have a FIXED Promotion Slot for Each project & each Team within a project no matter whether any women employee has performed even at average levels or not. Example : if a project gets allocated 2 Promotion slots for a Financial Performance year, then 1 Slot will be Reserved/Fixed for WOMEN and if only 1 Slot is given for a Financial/performance year, then that Slot will be Given to a WOMEN employee. So if you are a guy and have one or multiple Women employees part of your team, you can tell your Promotion Good-bye. 5. Dislikes

No value to already working individual Salary hikes is very poor since 3-4 years. Other than market correction which happens across. No comepetive pay and is generally less with extra pressure on deadline. Management can be better people. Be aware of internal project specially operation which is always below average pay with demand of increase work no work-life balance.

1. Women Quota 2. Bare Minimum Variable Payout 3. Unstructured ways of working in Projects resulting because of poor management and non technical managers. 4. Not giving Shift Allowances despite making us work in US shifts.
