International Brand, Ample projects. Flexible work culture. Good office facilities like canteen ,etc. Good and intelligent colleagues to work with. Peers are usually helpful. Good digital platforms if you want to learn things.

Job Security is a major concern. One bad year and you can be in bottom and get kicked off. Their appraisal system is pathetic. Lot of time and efforts is drained in appraisals. No work life balance. Diversity factor reduces growth chances for male employees. Overall a very negative culture if you are at mid to senior level. Also at senior level the increment is 2% max. So think before joining

The culture has diluted over last 15 years. Its not the Accenture that it was 15 years back.. HR has no say now and its all senior management driven

No avenues for learning in some Strategy & Consulting teams. No motivation for certifications and developing expertise in a field. Certifications are not reimbursed. A lot of politics within the top management leading to dissatisfaction within the team. The clarity on progression and future outlook seems to be completely missing. Nosalary hike for some of the folks from last 2.5 years with no hopes even this year. The culture is also extremely bad. The leadership doesn't invest time in the resources.
