Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. I don't like anything about Accenture while I was working for the project Verizon because of this project my thoughts for Accenture changed alot.

No job security along with long working hours with strict parameters which are not even achievable that is why resigning rate is way too high if we compare it with hiring. Out of 16 people batch only 2 to 3 people left after the training. The process is Verizon which is too worst to work. Please avoid if they offer you to work for Verizon.
