I am not seeing any good thing regarding learning point of view, work point of view. People have their own projects and work independently with onshores and not Indian managers
Toxic work environment. If you raise genuine concerns or issues with management they will not listen and then tag it you as complaint box. This will also affect ur rating. Protect their favourites. People who butter the Indian leads gets promotion within a year or two and get good joke. Favouritism is very much prevalent.
