They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.

Poor work life balance, Retaliation happens even when they say they are against it but when you say to your big leads NO which you're not comfortable doing it, they make sure your life goes hell in the company. No holidays, no leaves, sick leaves hard to get, no bonus no salary increment the PDO project is ruining day by day, targetting to remove senior employees by hook by crook.

Heavy work, frustrated and whatever happens they will not support us. For leave and salary hike and shifts timings we cannot ask they will blame us like anything. No respect will give to us. I am not seeing any good thing regarding learning point of view, work point of view. Yeah good thing you will get so many event mail like secret santa, fun friday but you can't participate if you don't have good relation with manager. You will be enjoying Accenture if you have good relation with your manager. They are not entertain other state people, means if you are from other state people except south india then they will be trouble, no1 support you, no1 will bother what you are doing atlast they will not give you anything and they will give you the different reason. Everything is dislike. If you are not from south indian then you will be trouble. I am requesting to Accenture if you don't like other state people then don't hire other state people and don't spoil other sate resources career. You are giving money that means you can't do anything with your employee.

Promotion is always delayed though you have right skill set and invested good time to projects. Very difficult to get IJP. Favoritism though you have correct skills and perfect knowledge.

After spending 16 years i was asked to leave due to lack of opportunities. They don't even give a chance to go for an interview for a new role if you don't have relevant experience. HR team has become the worse. If there is something you need from them you have to keep following up.
