Your job will be safe in job crisis. That’s the only positive. Don’t look for the MNC brand name, instead look out for learning growth, company environment, most importantly does the staff in the company shows some humanity on employees.

There are many. Here are few of them: Don’t expect hikes here. There will be no promotions given. No work life balance. No learning curve. No proper hierarchy. Job is secure here until you do something blunder which is next to impossible if you are a smart working professional. Do maintain normal communication within the team to understand what is going on.

Dislikes

Promotions are not happening since last 2 years and salary increment has been poor since 2023. We already had these in news and they are already investing in AI. So, that people can be dropped as well.
