There are more dislikes than likes. The politics is on top and managers favour old employees very much and don't take work also seriously. There is a load of work they gave and expect to get it completed on time. The co workers are also very mean and unsupportive , overall , I didn't like working in accenture. It was a horrible time There. I was in GSM IM team.

They don't care about employees even if we made a small communicational mistake... Immediate escalations ... Leading to forced resignation/termination/silent layoff
