Everything is wonderful. Apart from exceptional Manager of different project like to do interfere other project.

Dislikes

They asked me to leave in very short notice, because I did not serve cooling period between two joinings so they considered my 1st joining date and terminated my contract before 6 months.

It was good experience working with Accenture, learned a lot of things professionally, personally during my tenure in this organisation.

Dislikes

No as such, but from last two years there are less hikes and promotions opportunities, and think this is the main reason for needy people’s to switch the organisation.

Good at good experience to join form level 9 and above.

No proper management to give promotions and appraisals. For many years you may stay with same salary and on same career level.

It provides the flexibility in working from home, and some project only requires 5 days a month in office with team dinner

Projects are very less , we have to be in Bench for long time , noone will approach us to put in a project if we are hardlock to any training incubation projects , those incubation project are not billable , hence it will affect our variable pay and monthly performance.

Doing Hard and smart work will not provide carrier growth, only maintaining Yes boss and gossip can help carrier growth.

local politics in project, team members. even if you are senior and go into new project you will be considered as fresher. in name of women equality they are promoting women only even if they do deserve that promotion and when they are giving 0% hike to all in firm so neglecting male employee's in serious manner. there is no contactwith higher project management no culture here that senior management will connect to team member, you will only contact to your team lead only. so pray that your TL is good in nature and friendly....Read More

Work from home option is there in few projects which is great.

Promotion and hikes are based on buttering skills, favoritism and not on the hard work. Hardworking employees often end up with more tasks, while others work for few hours a day. Some projects require long hours like 12+ hours with very short break of 10 mins for lunch. There's noticeable leadership politics, team leaders and managers struggle to effectively manage teams. This feedback is only for Operations - There is no work life balnce, Only work matter to them. When it comes to appraisal - There is nothing and reason would be company has announced no appraisal or promotion. Now Variable part- If you do only work n work still they are not gonna give you good variable, it wil hardly be 7%

I like the work culture , the competition which we have to adapt while working, the job security, the transport and many more.

Dislikes

There is no negative things here in Accenture , I love to be a part of Accenture again. Accenture name is enough.
