Your job is stable and mostly you will be assigned to projects. You will be recognised on the portal with RP points .. Skill development is decent.. work satisfaction is good ..

Work-life balance will go for a toss and if your manager realises that you are flexible they tend to overload work and give you very tight deadlines .. they expect changes which is implemented just few minutes ago to be done in next hour and keep on following up... Payscale is comparatively low compared to market outside.

Multiple dislikes don't know if I can fit here 1) company has team outing and lunch but on paper. Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. Low salaries they are paying. I have worked 2.5 years in accenture not getting any hikes. When i joined the company my salary was 17200rs after 2 years they increased 1000rs of salary.

This feedback is only for Operations - There is no work life balnce, Only work matter to them. When it comes to appraisal - There is nothing and reason would be company has announced no appraisal or promotion. Now Variable part- If you do only work n work still they are not gonna give you good variable, it wil hardly be 7%
