Am I getting Lowball offer?

I currently work at Accenture and, after 4 years and 3 months of experience, have a fixed pay of 7.33 L (7.9 L CTC). I recently qualified for Senior Data Engineer at IBM and got an offer for 13.92 L (1299200 fixed, 66342 PF and 26537 Gratuity). I wanted to check if this offer is fine or if I am getting a lowball offer for the Gurugram location.

Accenture is really good Organization to work for in terms of the Payscale they offer which is above Par with respect to Service Based Companies , in terms of learning and adapting to new skills, flexible work hours- everyone just wants to get the work done and less of micro management (though it depends on the higher management) and free transport to the office.

Dislikes

It is only since a past 2-3 years that the standard have gone down compared to what it was earlier. Now a days all we see about the company is their 10-15% firing strategies during the COVID phase. It never used to be this way round earlier , was very loyal to their employees. Apart from that everyone has their own view of disliking/liking the company based upon the project which they've worked for and the manager they've worked under. They are providing medical insurance which include covid 19 treatment plus they have one 24×7 helpline number in case of any ememergency plus on call doctor assistance plus time to time they organise so many sessions to help employees physicallymentally financially.
