When you see Company wise it is ok.But team is the matters. You cannot choose your domain and once you got a project as a fresher you cannot get roll off for the next 21 months even if you feel bad. After 21 months you will have a default promotion may be after that you can get that roll off if in between you want to get out from the project there is only one option that is get out from the company. This is a service based company so mostly their applications are very old they are maintaining that only. So there is no knowledge you can gain. Nothing to say more about this company. In another viewpoint it is a worst kind of school most of the team members are very selfish and they can't see their mistakes and they can't see your good work. They can only see your mistakes and their good work. Totally waste when team is matters to you....Read More

first i would like to say thank you Accenture for giving me the best opportunity. It has been a great experience working with different people and different accounts. I had a great time to learn and grow my knowledge. Thanks to Accenture

only think i dislike is appraisal. After good performance also we are getting same percentage rating. Definitely it has to be change. Other than this Accenture was awesome and also Fast track option is not all given yet after struggle a lot in various accounts.

Everything is very good...if you are looking for long term. Just being in same company yearly increment is avg and it's common problem in all service based company.

Dislikes

Being a fresher I was in ACCENTURE for 4years but salary was not up to market standard. They pay more to laterals as compared to employee who is there from long time.
